There are some things you need to know before we arrive! Check out our recommendations for your service visit and how we can improve your experience with these few tips!

  • While we’ll always strive to arrive at your allotted service time, appliance repair can be unpredictable. When your technician notifies you of their approach, make sure you’re available during that time and allow time before and after in case they are running ahead of or behind schedule.

  • To expedite your service call, having a detailed account of the issue you’re having, or even photo or video recordings is always beneficial. Any additional information you can provide helps our team get to the root of the problem and provide effective solutions.

  • Time is money. Ensure you’re getting every penny’s worth by clearing the space to and around the appliance before the technician arrives. This allows our team to focus on the problem and not on the clutter surrounding the appliance.

  • No matter how adorable your Goldendoodle is, we’re there to focus on resolving all of your appliance issues. We prefer pets, young children, etc. remain out of the way while we work to avoid distractions and give your appliances our undivided attention.

  • Most importantly, we’re here for your benefit! We’re open to answering your questions before, during, or after your appliance repair. We aim to leave your household better than when we arrived, therefore any questions you may have that could better your use of your household appliances, we’re all ears!
